Yareth Denisse Ybarra of Douglas, Arizona, died with her husband by her side on Wednesday January 27, 2016, in Tucson, Arizona after a courageous fight against Hemophagocytic Lymphohistiocytosis (HLH) Disease. Yareth was born in Tucson, on June 16, 1984 to Mario and Rosa Aydee Chavez. She was raised in Douglas, attended Clawson Elementary School and Huber Jr. High, and graduated from Douglas High School in 2002. She excelled in school and was part of the National Honor Society throughout her academic career. In 2003, Yareth married her high school sweetheart, Adriel Ybarra. The two settled in Douglas and raised a beautiful family together. Yareth was a wonderful mother and cherished wife. Having four boys who loved sports, Yareth was her family's biggest cheerleader and she enjoyed supporting them at practice and games. She was also an active participant in her children's academic activities. Yareth worked hard to provide for her family. Most recently, she was employed by the Douglas Police Department as a Dispatcher. Yareth also worked for the Arizona Department of Corrections, Douglas Unified School District, and Chiricahua Community Health Center. Yareth's beautiful smile could brighten up a room. Her laugh was contagious and her kindness was inspirational. She had the most loving and giving heart. Yareth was graceful and carried peace within. Her faith in God carried her through life and will remain an inspiration to her family. Yareth is survived by her husband Adriel and their children AJ, Kevin, Diego, and Elian. Also surviving are parents Mario and Rosa Aydee Chavez, siblings Juan Carlos and Mario Chavez, and grandmothers Evelia Vasquez Lopez and Carla Chavez. She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Juan Lopez. A visitation will be held on Friday, February 5, at 5:00 p.m. with a Rosary following at 7:00 p.m. at St. Luke's Catholic Church. A Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, February 6, at 10:00 a.m., also at St. Luke's Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Calvary Cemetery. Brown-Page Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.
