Stephana G.  Pina, passed away peacefully at her home in Douglas, Arizona on Tuesday, February 25, 2020.  She lived to be a vivacious 101 years young.  Stephana was born in Sopris, Colorado on July 3, 1918.  She will be reunited in heaven with her beloved parents and 5 younger siblings.  They were a family of diligent field workers throughout the west until being repatriated to Mexico.  Stephana Retired from over 60 years of hospitality service to be the world's best grandmother.  She is survived by her daughter, Maria Moreno of Douglas, Arizona as well as her grandchildren, Aneli Moreno, Mario Moreno II, and Bernadette Moreno.  Stephana will be remembered not only for her strong ethic and perseverance but for her wit, beauty, and grace.  A Rosary will be recited at 9:30 a.m. on Saturday, February 29, 2020 at Sacred Heart Chapel.  A Mass of Christian Burial will follow the Rosary at 10:30 a.m. with Father Marco Basulto officiating.  Burial will follow at Calvary Cemetery.
