Sandra Lynn Islas passed away November 7. 2024 at St Joseph Hospital in Tucson, AZ.

Sandra was born on May 28, 1966 to Alicia (Ramirez) Berogan and Jack Grass. She lived in Arizona most of her life, only having moved to Illinois for a year in her teens. She returned to Arizona where she graduated high school and became a homemaker.

She is survived by her mother and father, her son, Mychael Ramirez, her daughter Candyce Low, grandsons, Andrew Castillo and Lennox Ramirez, granddaughter Isabella Low, her brother Guy (Karen) Berogan, sisters Vonda (Ron) Jenkins and Nicole Berogan-Crockett, aunts, uncles, cousins, and several nieces and nephews.

She was proceeded in death by her maternal grandparents, Francisco & Guadalupe Ramirez, her step-father, Nicholas Berogan, her sister, Kelly Berogan, and her maternal uncles, Juan-Ramon, Ignacio, & Reuben Ramirez.

A memorial mass will be held at 11am on Friday, November 15, 2024 at St Luke's Catholic Church in Douglas, AZ, with burial services at a later date.
