Rosalinda "Linda" Hernandez, 57, a life-long resident of Douglas, Arizona, passed away suddenly on Monday, January 15, 2024.  As she begins her heavenly journey of eternal peace and happiness, she also leaves behind many broken hearts and fun-filled memories amongst the countless lives she has touched during her time here on earth.

Born on May 18, 1966, in Agua Prieta, Sonora, Mexico, to Emeterio & Petra Hernandez, Linda spent her life raising a beautiful family and taking interest in learning new hobbies such as crafting and baking.  In her most recent spare time, she focused on spending time with her children and grandchildren; alongside her significant other, who all brought her the utmost joy.

Rosalinda is preceded in death by her father, Emeterio "Rirry" Hernandez, and several other close friends and family members.

She is survived by numerous family members, to inlcude her mother, Petra Hernandez, siblings,  Jesus Hernandez (Laura Hernandez), Gloria Hernandez, & Emeterio Hernandez (Alexa Hernandez).  In addition, her four children, Sylvia Roberts (Anthony Roberts), Frank Cornejo (Gladys De La O), Francine Cornejo (Justin Gonzales), & Brigget Lopez (Enrique Lopez).  She also leaves behind 11 precious gems; her beautiful grandchildren, and the one man who made her smile endlessly, Scott Eldridge.  Not to mention, she is also survived by numerous family members, nieces and nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles, and friends.

Linda may have left this earth too soon, but her memory will live on forever in the hearts and souls of those around her.  She is now rejoicing and no longer will face the aches and pains of the physical and emotional life. She will always be remembered for her generous heart and infectious laugh.

Pallbearers will be Emeterio Hernandez Jr., Frank Cornejo, Scott Eldridge, Anthony Roberts, Enrique Lopez, and Fabian Hernandez.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Emeterio Hernandez, Justin Gonzales, Angel Morales, and Jesus Hernandez.

A rosary will be held on Monday, January 22, 2024, at 5:30 p.m, at Brown-Page Mortuary in Douglas, Arizona.

A Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, January 23, 2024, at St. Lukes Parish in Douglas, Arizona.

Funeral procession will immediately follow at Calvary Cemetery in Douglas, Arizona.
