Rosa Amelia Rosales Hernandez (Tia Sorlis), born May 5, 1946 has entered eternal life January 26, 2020.

We announce with great sorrow the passing of our beloved sister and aunt, Rosa A. Rosales Hernandez.  After battling cancer for the past three years.  She passed away peacefully at the Copper Queen Hospital in Bisbee, AZ. surrounded by her loving family.

Rosita Rosales was born in Nogales, Sonora, Mexico to Gabriel Rosales Corrales and Josefina Hernandez Lopez.  Her greatest love was her Faith in our Lord, she was a very devoted catholic person, and proud to be a member of "Los Cursillitas."  She loved talking on the phone with her brothers and sisters.  She enjoyed spending time Sunday nights with her sister Carmelita in Agua Prieta.  She was surrounded by many brothers and sisters in Christ.  "Amazing Beautiful True Friends!"  She enjoyed volunteering at church and always helping the less fortunate.   She always gave everything she had without asking anything in return.  She was a great role model to our community.

Rosita is preceded in death by her parents Gabriel Rosales Corrales and Josefina Hernandez Lopez, her brothers Gabriel Rosales Hernandez, Jose Luis Rosales Hernandez, Rodolfo Rosales Hernandez, survived by her brother Roman Rosales Hernandez, sisters, Carmen Ruelas Rosales (Manuel t), Lucy Diaz Rosales (Ramon), Connie Vince Rosales (Robin t) and many nieces and nephews who she loved dearly.

All services will be held on Friday, January 31, 2020 as follows: Viewing from 8:00 am – 10:00 am at Brown Page Mortuary.  A Rosary will be recited at 10:30 a.m. St. Luke's Catholic Church.  A Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated following the Rosary at 11:00 a.m.  Burial will follow at Calvary Cemetery.  Pallbearers will be Roman Rosales Hernandez, Manuel Ruelas Rosales, Jesus Diaz Rosales, Flavio Alonso Rosales Diaz, Luis Norberto Rosales Diaz, Luis Gerardo Rosales Diaz, and Luis German Rosales Diaz.
