Roberto "Bobby" Lord, 51, was suddenly called to be with our Lord on December 30, 2016 in Tucson, Arizona. He was surrounded by his family at Banner University Medical Center when he peacefully passed away.
Bobby was born on September 7, 1965 in Douglas, Arizona and remained a lifelong resident. He graduated from Douglas High School in 1985 and attended Cochise College. He enjoyed playing baseball, classic cars, and loved his family very much. He brought joy to everyone that knew him. His kind heart, humor, and laughter will be forever missed by us all.
He was preceded in death by his father, Norberto J. Lord, his sister, Martha C. Lord, and three infant siblings. He is survived by his mother, Maria J. Lord, three sisters, Norma (Hector) Eribes, Christina (Francis) Tagert, Lucy (Carl) Thornton, along with four brothers, Jesse, Frank (Alisa), John, Luis, as well as nine nieces, five nephews, one Goddaughter, one Godson, and numerous cousins, relatives, and friends.
A Rosary will be recited on Wednesday, January 4, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. at Brown Page Mortuary and a Mass of the Resurrection will be held on Thursday, January 5, 2016 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Bernard's Catholic Church with Father Gilbert Malu and Deacon Armando Moulinet officiating. Burial will follow at Calvary Cemetery with a reception at St. Luke's Parish Hall.
Pallbearers who will serve are Jesse Lord, Frank Lord, John Lord, Luis Lord, Memo Romero, Victor Lord, Daniel Lord, and Jason Lord.
