Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Robert, a devoted husband, father, son, brother, Tata and a faithful man of God. He left this world surrounded by the love of his family, leaving behind a legacy of faith, love, and service.

Robert dedicated his life to serving others—not only through his time in the military and law enforcement but also as a preacher, sharing God's word with conviction and compassion. His faith was the foundation of his life, and he lived by example, showing kindness, strength, and unwavering trust in the Lord. Whether through a sermon, a prayer, or a simple conversation, he touched countless lives with his wisdom and encouragement.

He is survived by his loving wife, Sandra, his Father Robert P. Villegas (Nellie) and his children: Robert Villegas IV, Miguel and Gina, Jonathan and Erika, Daniel and Jillian, Jesus Adrian, Mark and Sabrina, and Larry and Jessica. He was a proud Tata to his grandchildren: Gabriel, Elijah, Jonathan, Lexie, Ian, Bay, Zoey, Princeton, Scarlett, Clark, River, and Lilly. He is also survived by his siblings Yvonne Villegas, Ruth Ikuomola, Elizabeth (Joseph) Dashiell, Javier (Tamara) Villegas. Nephews and Nieces. Steven II Ramirez, Marie Ramirez, Elias (Emma) Ramirez, Sabrina Villegas, Joseph (Cassie) Dashiell, Jacob (Kaitlyn) Dashiell, Sarah Dashiell, Melinda, Esther, Javier, Monica, Angel Villegas. Grand Nieces and Nephews Steven III, Jacqueline, Gabriella, Eden, Estrella, Ysenia, Isaac, Adelyn and many extended family members and friends who will forever cherish his memory.

Robert's life was a testament to his faith, and his love for God was evident in the way he cared for his family, his church, and everyone he met. He now rests in the presence of the Lord he so faithfully served.
