On Friday, March 19, 2021, Robert (Bob) Joseph Necas, loving husband and father of five children, went to be with the Lord, at the age of 78.

Bob was born to Albert and Frances Necas on February 24, 1943 in Detroit Lakes, MN.  On January 13, 1962 he married Judith Irene Teiken.  They raised three daughters, Connie, Jeanne, and Donna and two sons, John and Josh. He was a carpenter his whole career.

Bob's true passion was his family.  He was deeply devoted to the love of his life, Judy,  involved in all his children's endeavors, enjoyed taking his family on many memorable camping trips and never missed his son's sporting events. He loved country music, dancing and spending time with his grandchildren.  Bob loved the Lord and was a devout Catholic who made sure his family was in church every Sunday.

Robert was preceded in death by his daughter, Donna, father, Albert, mother, Frances, and sister, Mary Jean.  He is survived by his wife, Judy,  daughters Connie (Karl) Appell, Jeanne (Kevin) Myers and sons, John (Laura) Necas and Josh (Jennifer) son-in-law, Bryan Olson, brother, Albert, sister, Sister Susan Ann, eleven grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 17th at St. Luke's Catholic Church, 1211 E 15th St, in Douglas, AZ at 11:00 am.  A Celebration of Life will be held at 2:00 pm at his home, 4688 N. Pioneer Place in Douglas, AZ.
