It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of our beloved Richard "Chapo" Rojas Who was taken away from us too soon, on November 26, 2024 at the age of 58. Chapo was born to Gilbert & Romana Rojas of Douglas where he was born and raised. He will forever remain in our hearts.

He is survived by his wife Cecilia Rojas(Figueroa), his children Luis(Denisse) Rojas, Rene (Ely) Rojas, Victor (Danielle) Alvarado , Eduardo Alvarado, Jenny (Johnny) Monarez his mother Romana Rojas & Siblings Gilbert (Patricia) Rojas, Monica Rojas, Leticia (Francisco) laborin, Patricia Rojas, Lucy (Jesus) Rojas, Héctor (Barbara) Rojas. Preceded in death by his father Gilbert S Rojas Sr., brother Roman Rojas and uncle Angel Rojas. He is also survived by his grandchildren, many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews & cousins.

Services will be held at St. Luke's Catholic Church on Friday, December 6th 2024 with the Holy Rosary will being recited at 10:30 am followed by a Mass of the Resurrection at 11:00 am. Chapo will be laid to rest following the services at the Calvary Cemetery.
