Refugio V. Padilla, Born August 12, 1956, passed away on December 8, 2016 in Tucson, Arizona. Visitation will be held from 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Monday, December 12, 2016 at Brown Page Mortuary. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, December 13, 2016 at the Ministerios Tierra De Bendicion Church of God, 458 E. 5th Street with Pastor Fernando S. Betancourt officiating. Burial will follow at Calvary Cemetery.
