Peggy S. Boss passed away peacefully on Dec. 29, 2019.   Peggy was born and raised in Douglas, Arizona. After graduating high school, she attended college at Hotel Dieu School of Nursing in El Paso, Texas where she graduated as a registered nurse in 1954.  Peggy moved back to Douglas and started her career as a nurse. She married Roy Boss, local rancher and started a family. Peggy worked as a nurse at Phelps Dodge Hospital. She also did private health care and was a school nurse until she retired in 1977, she then moved to the ranch full time.  Peggy is survived by her daughter Sandy Smith, and her two sons Richard Boss (Melody) and Robert Boss (Lizie). Peggy was a proud grandmother and great grandmother of ten grandchildren, and six great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 11, 2020 at Brown Page Mortuary.  Burial will follow at Calvary Cemetery.
