Our beautiful loving sister

Monica Romo Hurtado passed away peacefully on Tuesday, December 17, 2024, she went home to join our parents Francisco Porchas Hurtado and Armida Romo Hurtado and our gorgeous sister Armida Hurtado Chabarria (Samuel).

She was an amazing daughter, sister and aunt whom deeply loved her family.

She is survived by her sisters Julia Hurtado Duarte (Frank), Laura Hurtado and her brother Francisco Hurtado and numerous nieces and nephews and grand nieces and nephews.

She touch so many lives with her beautiful heart and her loving sense of family. She brought so much joy and happiness to our family. We give thanks to god for giving us 55 beautiful years to cherish with her and her wisdom of the meaning of life and love. She loved with all her pure heart and filled our heart with such beautiful memories.

She loved her music and dancing but best of all her spending time with her loving family. She is now at peace dancing with angels and loved ones that have passed. A piece of our heart is missing but we are at peace. She will be missed but never forgotten.

She leaves us with a long legacy of love and the true meaning of life, love and family.

Services will be held on Friday, December 27, 2024 at Immaculate conception Church with a Rosary being recited at 10:30 am followed by a Mass of the Resurrection at 11:00 a.m.  Burial Will follow at Calvary Cemetery.
