Mario Enrique Rodriguez passed away peacefully in Sierra Vista, Arizona on December 27, 2017 at the age of 75.  Mario is survived by his children; Caesar Forbes and Monica Mathis, sisters; Guadalupe Stoyanof, Sylvia Rodriguez, Diane Orencio, and Monica Hernandez, brothers; Abelardo Rodriguez, David Rodriguez, and Raul Rodriguez.  Mario is preceded in death by his wife Georgia Rodriguez, his parents Alicia Carrillo and Manuel Rodriguez, and two brothers Caesar and Arturo Rodriguez.  Mario was born on August 15, 1942 in Douglas, Arizona. After high school, he served in the Army for five years and was stationed in Germany. While in the Army Mario attended cooking school and then worked as a restaurant manager after his tour of duty.  Mario met and married Georgia Smith in Atlanta, Georgia. They were married for 23 years and shared their love for dogs. In Atlanta he continued to work in the restaurant industry as well as several other trades.  Mario served his community by helping others in need. Mario also enjoyed other hobbies such as bowling and building model airplanes.  Visitation will be held from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm at Brown Page Mortuary, 910 F Avenue, Douglas, Arizona with a Rosary to be recited at 7pm, Friday, January 12, 2018.  A Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated at 10:30 am on Saturday, January 13, 2018 at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, 850 10 ^th Street, Douglas, Arizona. Burial will follow at Calvary Cemetery with Military Honors by the Fort Huachuca Honor Guard, The American Legion and VFW
