Maria Elena Gavito de Olivas passed away peacefully at her home on October 16, 2023.  She was preceded in death by her son, Rafael Olivas.  Maria is survived by her husband Rosario Angel Olivas Fierros, her daughters, Mayela (Walterio Gonzalez) Sin and Angelina (Adalberto) Villalobos.  She also leaves behind her daughter in law Alma Olivas along with numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.  A Rosary will be recited at 10:15 a.m. on Thursday, October 26, 2023 at St. Luke's Catholic Church.  A Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated following the Rosary at 11:00 a.m.
