Our beloved Mother/ Grandmother Lucrecia Lopez 84, of Douglas AZ, went to be with our Lord peacefully surrounded by family on Wednesday, May 6, 2015 in Sierra Vista, AZ. Our mother was born November 23, 1930 in Superior, AZ to Aurelio and Felima Garcia Barrios. She was preceded in death by her loving husband Estevan Lopez, brother Aurelio Barrios, son Jose Cruz Lopez, and daughter Hilda Lopez. She is survived by her daughters and sons; Maria Del Rosario from Sinaloa, Mexico, Maria Ana (Rufo De La Ree), Alma Aida Lopez, Mari Iseala (Marty Hill), and Silvia Bustamante all from Douglas, AZ, Ramon Lopez and Oscar Lopez from Agua Prieta, Sonora. She also leaves twenty two grandchildren, forty two great grandchildren, and two great great grandchildren. We will truly miss our beloved mother, grandmother and friend. She was a very loving and generous person with a heart of gold. God called your name so gently that only you could hear, no one heard the footsteps of the Angel drawing near. Softly from the shadows there came a gentle call, you closed your eyes and went to sleep and quietly left us all. Love you Mom, may you rest in paradise with Our Dear Lord. A Holy Rosary will be recited at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 14, 2015 at the Brown Page Mortuary Chapel. A Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, May 15, 2015 at St. Luke's Catholic Church with Father Gilbert Malu officiating. Burial will follow at Calvary Cemetery.
