Lisa Marie
Baker (Haymore)
May 12, 1958 — Jan 20, 2024
Our beloved Lisa Marie Baker ( Haymore ) passed away suddenly on January 20th 2024.
She was born on May 12th, 1958, in Douglas Arizona.
Lisa grew up in Douglas Arizona and attended school here. She went on to ASU where she received her teaching degree. She was married briefly, and had her son David Baker whom she loved with all her heart.
Lisa had many struggles in her life, but was always happy and content. She was such a sweet and humble soul. She loved having visits with her family, going out to eat, and seeing a movie when she was able to.
We will miss her, but are grateful she is finally free of a mind and body that were failing her. The last few years of her life Dementia was slowly stealing her away. Our family always rallied around her and made sure she was well taken care of. We were her advocates when necessary. It was an honor and a blessing for us to be able to help our sister, as we all loved her dearly. What a wonderful reunion she is having with many family members.
Lisa was preceded in death by her parents, Leonard and Betty Haymore, sisters Reva Palmer, Connie Gonzalez, and brother Bruce Haymore, and nephew Erik Pinedo.
She is survived by her sisters Renee Haymore, Lori Haymore, her son David Baker, and several nieces and nephews.
The family will be having a Graveside service for Lisa on Thursday February 1st at 1 pm at the Calvary Cemetery in Douglas Arizona.
