Lilia E. Parlier, 82 of Mesa, AZ passed away on December 13, 2017 at 1:40am. She is survived by her 3 children James Parlier, Wanda Gaffney and Cindy Cobos, along with her 3 grandchildren Jeanette Arzaga, Jennifer Fortune and Tony Heredia and 8 great grandchildren. She is preceded by her husband Robert J. Parlier and her daughter Kathy Boeka. A Rosary for Lilia will be recited at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, December 15, 2017 at Brown Page Mortuary.  A Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, December 16, 2017 at St. Luke's Catholic Church.  She will be laid to rest at Calvary Cemetery in Douglas, Arizona following the Mass.
