Juana A. Moran passed away on May 31, 2022 in Amado, Arizona.   She was born on March 28, 1928 in Granados, Sonora, Mexico to Antonio and Carmen Ayala.  She was a longtime Douglas resident.  In addition to being a homemaker for her loving husband and daughters; she also worked several jobs, an active member of St. Luke's Catholic Church and a member of La Vela Perpetua .  She was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and friend.  Juana was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Ramon Moran.  She is survived by her three daughters, Emma Elias (Hector), Evelina Velasco (Arnold) and Vikki Howey along with her numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.  A Rosary for Juana will be recited at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, June 10, 2022 at St. Luke's Catholic Church.  A Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated following the Rosary at 11:00 a.m. Burial will follow at Calvary Cemetery.
