Jose Antonio Alvarado, born February 23, 1951, Joined his family in Heaven on August 15, 2023.

Tony is survived by his son Tony (Sandra), daughter Nicole, sister Christy, brother Eddie and partner Patricia. He is also survived by his grandchildren Leanza, Sophia, Joseph, Luis Angel, Makayla, Karina, and Carlos along with several nieces, nephews and godsons.

He is preceded in death by his loving parents Antonio and Christina Alvarado, his younger brother Alejandro 14 days prior to his death, and his brother-in-law Ray Rios.

Tony lived his entire life in the city of Douglas that he loved calling home.  Anybody that knew Tony knew they could always count on him for his contagious smile and a good laugh. He always saw the best in people, would give the shirt off his back to you and was one of the most generous kind souls anyone would want to meet. He loved extremely hard and carried so much pride in his heart for his family.   Until we meet again, Holmes. Rest in Peace.

A Rosary for Tony will be recited at 10:15 a.m. on Saturday, September 2, 2023 at St. Luke's Catholic Church.  A Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated following the Rosary at 11:00 a.m.  Tony's ashes will be laid to rest with his parents at Calvary Cemetery following the services.
