Jesus was preceded in death by his loving wife of a Lifetime, Concepcion Reyes Acosta and his sons Jesus 'Tito' Acosta Jr. and Jose Luis 'Baby' Acosta. Also, by his parents Guadalupe and Guillermina Acosta, brother Eduardo Acosta and sisters Juana Rivera, Angela Martinez, and Mercedes Valdez.
He is survived by his brother Guadalupe Acosta, and his children Angel (Ofelia) Acosta, Rosemary Palafox, Derilyn (+Jose Luis) Acosta, Sandra (Sergio) Solis, Deedee (+Hank) Vaupel, Ana (Ramiro) Acosta-Lopez, Flora (+Alberto) Valenzuela, Cyndi (Heriberto) Castillo, Jesus (Adilene) Acosta
Jesus leaves behind a legacy of 36 Grandchildren, 56 Great Grandchildren, and 10 Great, Great Grandchildren, and many, many other relatives.
Jesus was very devoted to his FAMILY, and he LOVED his music. He was very loved by many because of his heart of gold and always giving advice to everyone. Jesus will be greatly missed. Will also be missed by his beloved Pets Tyson & Adrianne & +Rocky
A visitation for Jesus will be held Friday, September 27, 2024 from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM at Brown Page Mortuary, 910 F Avenue, Douglas, AZ 85607. A Rosary will be held Friday, September 27, 2024 from 10:30 – 11:00 AM, St. Luke's Catholic Church, 1211 E 15th Street, Douglas, AZ. Mass will be 11:00 AM- 12:00 PM. Graveside Service will occur at Calvary Cemetery following the Mass.
Pallbearers who will are Jesus 'Gordo' Acosta, Jonathon Acosta, Reyes 'Guero' Valenzuela, Hugo Castillo, Usvaldo 'Waldo' Acosta, Mark 'Toro' Payan, Jorge 'Ñoño' Acosta , Corrina 'Nikki' Vaupel and Jose Jesus 'JJ' Acosta. Honorary pallbearers are +Jesus Acosta Jr, Ramiro Lopez, +Jose Luis Acosta, Heriberto Castillo, Angel Acosta and Sergio Solis.
