Jessie Salazar, age 94, died peacefully in her sleep from complications of Alzheimers, January 15, 2020 in her home in Douglas, Arizona.  Jessie was born in Bisbee on October 7, 1925 and graduated from Bisbee High School.  She was an executive secretary of Bank of America in Los Angeles.  Jessie was preceded in death by her parents Teresa Lavander and Juan Valenzuela, her husband Hector Salazar and 8 siblings.   Jessie is survived her daughter Gloria, her son Hector, her daughter-in-law Gracie, her sister Libby Pollard and five grandchildren: Omar, Carla, Ariana, Anika and Analeese and two great grandchildren.  A Rosary for Jessie will be recited on January 25, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. followed by a Mass of the Resurrection at 10:30 am at St. Luke's Catholic Church.  Her body will be laid to rest at Calvary Cemetery in Douglas, Arizona.  The Salazar family would like to thank Casa de la Paz Hospice, Lutheran Health Services and her caregivers Marisela Chavez, Leticia Martinez, Ana Castro, Maria Gaby Beltran, Claudia, Loida Cordova, Ana Maria, Maria Arballo, and Lupita Alvides.
