James "Jim" Reid, 79, was born August 15, 1942, in Kirkland, Washington. He died on November 19, 2021, at his home in McNeal, Arizona.

Jim first discovered his knack for vehicle repairs at the age of 13, though, he did not pursue that interest until later in his life. During his younger years, Jim worked various jobs all across the United States. However, he settled in Cochise County, Arizona in November 1971 where he established his first repair shop and remained in business for 50 years. Jim was a well-known and beloved person by many in the community. He was always willing to go above and beyond, not just with auto repairs and customer service, but in everyday life as well. He was preceded in death by his mother, father, two brothers, sister, and niece. He is survived by his wife, two children, one granddaughter, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be held Thursday, December 2, 2021, at 11:00 A.M. at McNeal cemetery.
