It is with a heavy heart that we share the passing of our beloved father Isidro E. Ramirez on June 2nd, 2025. He has joined our mother Veronica R. Ramirez in eternal rest with our Lord. Isidro was born in Agua Prieta, Sonora, Mexico on January 2nd, 1939. His parents were Francisco M. Ramirez and Rosalia R. Ramirez, both of Agua Prieta, Sonora, Mexico. He is survived by his children. Francsico Javier Ramirez, Isidro R. Ramirez (Cynthia Ramirez), and Adriana Hoyos (Luis A. Hoyos). He will be missed by his children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. He was a resident of Douglas and was proud to have served in the Arizona National Guard. He worked for Phelps Dodge in Douglas and retired through the Arizona Department of Corrections in Douglas. He will be greatly missed by those that loved him and knew him. "His selfless nature and unwavering kindness led him to assist others whenever possible simply because he cared."

Services will be held in Douglas on Friday June 13th, 2025. Rosary at 10:30 am and mass at 11:00 am at St. Luke's Church. Burial will follow at Calvary Cemetery with Military Honors by the Fort Huachuca Honor Guard and the American Legion post 11.  Potluck wake to follow at the American Legion. We welcome you to join us in celebrating his life.
