Irma Anaya de Perez was born on April 19, 1940, rested eternally in peace on January 15, 2020.

She was preceded in death by her father, Heraclio Anaya, mother Hortencia Sierra, and brother Horaldo Anaya.

She is survived by her husband Salvador Perez, sisters Romelia Cornidez, Merla Galaz, Olivia Garcia, and Imelda Anaya, brothers, Laco, Horacio, and Tizoc Anaya, her daughter Alma (Michael) Herrera; sons, Jaime (Susan) Perez, Javier Perez, Carlos Perez, and Damian (Rocio) Perez. She was a proud Nana of thirteen grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. She is also survived by three sisters-in-law and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was so full of life and always wished to remain active, and she loved to travel and explore new places whenever she had the opportunity. When she would find the time to relax at home she would be tending to her garden or watching "Caso Cerrado".

Our mom had a big heart as she was always willing to help others in need. Whether it was food donations, clothing donations, or even a place to stay, she helped whoever needed it. She always gave out tough love and she did not sugar coat what had to be said or done. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends. Many special thanks to the ICU doctors and nurses at Canyon Vista Medical Center in Sierra Vista.

A Rosary will be recited at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, January 20, 2020 at Brown Page Mortuary.  A Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, January 21, 2020, at Immaculate Conception Church.
