Our beloved mother, grandmother, great grandmother, aunt and friend Hortencia Vargas Carrillo passed away of frailty on December 16, 2024 at age 95.

Hortencia was a wonderful mother who showed true unconditional love to all her family and friends. Always praying for everyone. Survived by 7 children David Carrillo, Hector Carrillo, Norma Carrillo- Pichardo, Carlos Carrillo, Robert Carrillo, Raul Carrilo✝️ and Dianna Gonzalez. In the loving care of granddaughter Patty Rivera and several grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandkids that adored her very much. As well as her nieces and nephews who she saw as her own as well.  Visitation will be held at Brown Page Mortuary on Friday, December 20th beginning at 8:00 a.m. with funeral services being held at 11:00 a.m.  Burial will follow at Calvary Cemetery.
