Hector Ramon Grijalva

October 31, 1955 – December 3, 2023

Hector Grijalva, un miembro querido de su familia y comunidad, falleció el domingo 3 de diciembre de 2023, a la edad de 68 años. Hector será profundamente extrañado por todos aquellos que lo conocieron.

Hector era conocido por su espíritu amable y generoso. Siempre estaba dispuesto a tender una mano a aquellos que lo necesitaban y tenía un corazón lleno de compasión, y su amor por su familia era evidente en todo lo que hacía. Era un esposo, padre y hermano devoto que valoraba el tiempo que pasaba con sus seres queridos. El sentido del humor de Hector llenaba la habitación, y su sonrisa iluminaba las vidas de quienes lo rodeaban.

El fallecimiento de Hector deja un vacío en el corazón de su familia y amigos, pero su memoria vivirá a través de las innumerables vidas que tocó. Siempre será recordado como un hombre que encarnaba los valores del amor, la amabilidad y la generosidad.

Se llevará a cabo un servicio conmemorativo en honor a la vida de Hector el jueves 7 de diciembre en la funeraria Brown & Page en Douglas de 1-7 pm, con el rosario empezando a las 6 pm. La misa se llevará a cabo a las 11:00 de la mañana, el viernes 8 de diciembre en la Iglesia San Lucas. Los servicios del sepelio seguirán en el Cementerio de Calvary en Douglas y celebración de vida despues en la YMCA. La familia desea expresar su gratitud por el desbordamiento de amor y apoyo durante este momento difícil.

Hector Grijalva, a beloved member of his family and community, passed away on Sunday, December 3rd, 2023, at the age of 68. Hector will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

Hector was known for his kind and generous spirit. He was always willing to lend a helping hand to those in need and had a heart full of compassion, and his love for his family was evident in all that he did. He was a devoted husband, father and brother who cherished the time spent with his loved ones. Hector's sense of humor filled the room, and his smile brightened the lives of those around him.

Hector's passing leaves a void in the hearts of his family and friends, but his memory will live on through the countless lives he touched. He will forever be remembered as a man who embodied the values of love, kindness, and generosity.

A memorial service will be held in honor of Hector's life on Thursday, December 7th from 1-7pm with rosary commencing at 6. Mass will be held at 11:00am the following morning on Friday, December 8th at St. Lukes and burial services to follow at Calvary Cemetery and celebration of life to follow at the YMCA. The family would like to express their gratitude for the outpouring of love and support during this difficult time.

Rest in peace, Hector. You will be missed, but never forgotten.
