Hector "Neto" Beltran, 85, passed away on February 16, 2018 in El Paso, Texas.  He was preceded in death by his first wife Ruth Beltran, and Elizabeth (Betty) McQuaid-Beltran his second wife.  He is survived by five siblings, Pete Beltran (Norma), Lupe Monarque, Maggie Lopez, John Granillo (Josephine), Manuel Granillo, four children, Fernando Beltran, Susan Beltran, Priscilla Cantu (Jimmy), Hector Beltran Jr., seven grandchildren and three great grandchildren.   Hector spent most of his life in his hometown of Douglas, Arizona, married to his first wife Ruth.  He and Ruth were active members of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church and choir. He was a gifted artist who had a creative flair for music, drawing, oil painting, and carpentry. He also loved reading, traveling and meeting people from all over the world, and it was on one of his trips to the Seven Easter Capitals of the World that he met his late wife Betty.  He had a great sense of humor and loved to make people laugh by using his "nose" disguises that he carried with him wherever he went.  While living in El Paso, Hector was a member of St. Matthew Catholic Church as well as a member of Roncallli West. He will be missed by his large loving family and many friends.  Holy Rosary will be held on Friday, March 2, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. at Brown Page Mortuary.  A Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated at Immaculate Conception Church on Saturday, March 3, 2018 at 10:30 a.m. with the interment immediately preceding at the Calvary Cemetery in Douglas Arizona.
