Obituary

Born December 14, 1931, in Miami, AZ, Doña Lupe, as she was fondly referred to, was an active member of Sacred Heart Chapel and a lifelong "Guadalupana". Doña Lupe was dedicated to her family. She made sure food was always available for whoever came in. Doña Lupe was a dedicated DiamondBack and Dallas Cowboy fan. Doña Lupe is preceded in death by her parents Jose and Tomasa "Nana Tita" Miranda of Sonora, her son Luis "Archie" Loreto, her husband Antonio Perez, her siblings Herminia Miranda, Enrique Miranda, Gilberto Miranda, Julia Miranda de Garcia, Evangelina Miranda de Paez, and Carmela Miranda de Lopez.

She is survived by her children Lucy Perez, Tony & Yolanda Perez, Manuel Perez, and Robert & Yvonne Perez, as well as 15 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren, 7 great-great-grandchildren, 1 brother, Cristobal Miranda of Ciudad Obregon, Sonora.

Visitation will be held on Friday, January 5, 2024 from 8:00 am to 10:00 am at Brown Page Mortuary.  A Holy Rosary will be recited 10:15 am also on Friday January 5, 2024 at St. Bernard's Cathedral Church.  A Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated following the Rosary at 11:00 am.  Burial will follow at Calvary Cemetery.
