Francisco "Frankie"
Fermin Zamora
Mar 20, 1972 — Jan 13, 2024
Frankie, our beloved brother, uncle, cousin, and friend, has received eternal life and is now in the presence of the Lord. Though with it is with great sadness and tears we mourn this loss—we rejoice that he is finally home with the Lord.
Frankie was born in Tucson, Arizona, on March 20, 1972, and took his last breath in Tucson, Arizona, on Saturday, January 13, 2024 at approximately 4:30AM surrounded by his loving family.
He is survived by his siblings, Sylvia Vaca, (Tony), Yolanda Leon (Temo), Tommy Zamora (Margie), Bunny Arinello (Mike), Bobby Zamora (Rachel), and Veronica Zamora. He is preceded in death by his Mother (Alicia Zamora), Father, (Fermin Zamora), and Nephew (Tommy Zamora Junior).
He was loved by his nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends: those that will mourn him, and pray to reunite with him in heaven.
Frankie was very talented, he loved music, and singing. He played most instruments—specifically the keyboard, trumpet, and for 40 years he played with his family band, "La Familia." He loved being on the farm, he was a heavy machine operator. He was fond of inventing ways to fix everything. He was passionate about serving others, and helped any person in need. Over 15 years he played "Taps" at memorial services and funerals. His passion was to watch his favorite team, the Pittsburg Steelers, and was a skilled and proficient viewer of the show "Jeopardy." He had a great sense of humor. He is deeply loved and will be greatly missed.
