Her infant daughter, Mary Magdalene, preceded her in death in 1947.

Born in Douglas, on May 14, 1925, she was the second of six children of Lorenzo and Manuela Alvarado. Her parents and her brothers, Gilbert, Gabriel and Miguel Alvarado, preceded her in death. Enedina was an active member of St. Luke's Catholic Church participating as an Extraordinary Minister of Communion and a member of the Women's Guild. She accomplished so much in her life through her marriage and church service; however, she found joy in daily blessings and her prayers. All her life she was content and had more than she ever dreamed of having. Her family and friends will remember Enedina as a model of love and caring.
