Elena Aparicio Valencia passed away peacefully at her home surrounded by her family at the age of 84.  She was preceded in death by her husband Filemon C. Valencia, parents Loreto and Tomas Aparicio and sisters Paula Huerta and Mary Duarte.  She is survived by her daughters Mercedes (Ruben) Vasquez, Hermelinda, Carmen and Eva Valencia; Son Humberto Valencia; 7 Grandchildren Sergio Jr., Priscilla, Francisco, Veronica, Marcos, Erica and Alex; 8 Great-Grandchildren Devyn, Amberly, Alessandra, Kaityln, Isaia, Andrea, Lucas and Julian.  Also surviving is her sister Juanita Galaz, brothers Manuel and Tomas Aparicio along with several cousins, nieces and nephews.  Visitation will be held from 8:00 am to 10:30 am on Friday, September 11, 2020 at Brown Page Mortuary.  A Mass of the Resurrection will follow at 11:00 am at St. Luke's Catholic Church.  Burial will follow at the Pirtleville Cemetery.

Due to current COVID-19 restrictions, attendance for the funeral Mass will be limited to family only.
