Born November 4, 1937 in Cumpas, Sonora, Mexico Lifelong cattle rancher Carlos Frisby Arvizu passed away on November 23, 2016 leaving behind his wife Maria V. Frisby, Daughter Priscilla Frisby. Son Carlos and daughter in law Yara and their children Nicole, Carlos III and Sofia Frisby. A Rosary for Carlos will be recited at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, November 25, 2016 at Immaculate Conception Church. A Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, November 26, 2016 also at Immaculate Conception Church with Father Armando Espinoza officiating. Burial will follow at Calvary Cemetery in Douglas, Arizona.
