Obituary

Brenda was born in Bluefield, West Virginia on June 20, 1943

She Passed on July 4th, 2023 after a long illness. Brenda loved life and loved her family.  she loved living in the desert, not so much in the summer. In her younger years she traveled to Europe, the west coast and lived in Texas for awhile but when it came to settling down, the desert in Arizona is where she wanted to be.  She was an incredible mother, sister, daughter & friend.  There wasn't anything she wouldn't do for any of them.  Brenda was an outstanding teacher and drama coach for about 40 years at Douglas High School.

Brenda was preceded in death by her parents, Ray and Pauline Marshall, and sister Carol. She is survived by her son, Doug Tice & wife Christina & Brenda's daughter  Samantha Carol Tice & Brenda's sister Ann Kern & husband Jeff Kern

Brenda was a loved member of this community and was a wonderful teacher for approx. 40 years as an English and Drama teacher at Douglas High School

Its so hard to believe that this loving & wonderful woman has left us, We love you Brenda, Mom, Brae & Aunt Brae and Mrs. Tice.  We will miss you until we meet again
