It is with deep sorrow that we mourn the passing of Alejandro "Alex" Noperi. Alex, age 50, of Douglas, AZ peacefully passed away on April 28, 2022 at Tucson Medical Center in the arms of his mother.

Alex was born on June 16, 1971 to Margarita Noperi. Alex is predeceased by his maternal grandmother, Eva Bracamonte Santa Cruz, his uncles, George Lopez and Francisco (Frank) Loustaunau, his maternal grandfather, Alejandro Santa Cruz, and his son, Pablo Alejandro Noperi.

Left to cherish his memory are his mother, Margarita Noperi, his sons, Jorge A. Noperi and Gavino I. Noperi, his sisters, Bernadette (Bernie) Noperi, Melissa Lopez and Amanda Lopez, 5 grandchildren along with aunts, cousins, nieces and nephews.

Alex lived in Phoenix, AZ and Tucson, AZ until ultimately finding his place back at his old stomping grounds. Alex was so much more than his struggles. He enjoyed heavy metal music, tattoos, riding his motorcycle and occasionally playing an impressive air guitar and drums simultaneously. He was a kind, compassionate soul. He loved his family deeply and that love never wavered. Alex was a true inspiration to his family. No matter how hard he fell, he would dust himself off and start life once again. Anyone who truly knew Alex knows he had a big heart and never met a stranger. Words will never be able to capture his beautiful soul. We take comfort in knowing that Alex is now at peace.

Visitation will be held at Brown-Page Mortuary on Saturday, May 7th from 5 pm to 6 pm with a Rosary prayed from 6 pm to 7 pm. In lieu of flowers, we ask that you please consider donating to The Salvation Army Hospitality House or any rehabilitation center of your choice. A special thank you to the ICU hospital staff at Tucson Medical Center for treating Alex with the dignity and respect he deserved during his last days of life.
